Deposit

We will ask for a Security Deposit on booking. This is not just to secure the Reservation but is also to cover any charges incurred during the stay. It will be returned at the end of your stay less any deductions
Exit Clean and other Deductions

- for lets of 2 weeks or less, the Exit Clean is generally included in the rental rate unless stated to the contrary
- for lets over 2 weeks, an exit clean will be charged. This cost of this will depend on the size of apartment, length of stay and condition in which the flat is left
- broadband, line rental and call charges are charged at the exact rate the phone company charge CLA
- CLA will assume that the modern tenant requires the use of broadband and will therefore charge for line rental and broadband unless advised that this is not required by the tenant
Cancellation

If you cancel your let more than 6 weeks before arrival we will not charge you. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before arrival then you are liable for the full rent. However, if we can relet for any of the days of your let we will not charge you for these days.
Key Collection

If your arrival is during office hours 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday, then key collection will usually be from our base in Bloomsbury. If outside these hours and you wish for someone to meet you at the flat, there will be a charge of £45. In most circumstances there will be an alterntiave place from which to pick up the keys at no charge.
